Dexis Consulting Group announced today its acquisition of New Century US. The company is an Arlington, Virginia based provider of on-site and virtual training to law enforcement and related agencies. The company’s proprietary training program, developed in Northern Ireland, has been delivered worldwide through 200 unique subject-specific courses and trained over 7,500 students.
“Millions of law enforcement officers across 150 countries are part of the citizen safety response under the COVID-19 pandemic. The case for training frontline responders has never been more obvious,” according to Mihir Desai, CEO and founder of Dexis. “New Century has developed training platforms for providing specialized knowledge for law enforcement and security training. We hope to make a difference in small but meaningful ways.”
Dexis, formed in 2001, advances the mission of federal agencies focused on global security and stabilization worldwide. Dexis staff of over 500 employees works in the United States, Eastern Europe, Central and South America, East and West Africa and Afghanistan and serves primarily USAID, Department of State, and Department of Defense. The company has an active long- and short-term presence in a total of 80 countries on behalf of its federal clients.
