Washington, D.C. — Dexis recently secured a five-year Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA) multi-award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) flagship contract with a ceiling totaling $150 million to provide program management for assessment, monitoring, and evaluation (AM&E) services across the Agency.  The Company was one of four firms that were awarded the contract.

“The AME IDIQ brings to life the policy issued by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense in early 2017. It is a significant milestone in reporting to taxpayers on the outcomes and sustainability of security cooperation. Dexis is thrilled to be part of a program that better helps Congress track, understand, and improve returns on DoD security cooperation investments.”  said Mihir Desai, Chief Executive Officer.

Dexis will support DSCA and other Department of Defense (DoD) entities under the AM&E IDIQ’s Functional Category 4 with management, staffing, and implementation of security cooperation around the world. Dexis currently has over fifty (50) full-time staff focused specifically on AM&E that specialize in serving high-threat posts, evaluating complex programs, and delivering results in dynamic operating environments. Dexis has a strong track record with DoD strategic planners at the geographic combatant commands, an understanding of program development and implementation, and extensive experience conducting AM&E fieldwork in more than ninety (90) countries.

Dexis is a global professional services firm focused on solving pressing challenges in complex environments, paving the way for a more resilient, secure, and prosperous world. In the last three years alone, more than 500 Dexis professionals have worked in 90 countries, supporting programs in development, diplomacy and national security.
