USAID/OTI Awards Dexis the Support Which Implements Fast Transition (SWIFT) 5 IDIQ

Washington, D.C. — The U.S. Agency for International Development Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI) has awarded Dexis Consulting Group the Support Which Implements Fast Transition (SWIFT) 5 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract.

Under SWIFT 5, Dexis will support OTI in providing countries in political transition with rapid and effective technical assistance for positive political change. This multi-award contract is the fifth iteration of the SWIFT IDIQ, with a five-year period of performance and a ceiling of $2.5 billion. This IDIQ is designed to establish, staff, manage, operate, and support a flexible, quick response mechanism capable of administering and implementing targeted activities under OTI Country or Regional Programs; and, b) provide support to program-funded USAID personnel.
