Jennifer oversees the strategy and operations of Dexis’ wholly-owned subsidiary that delivers professional staffing services. She focuses on supporting U.S. Government clients worldwide with the right mix of people, processes, technology, and infrastructure for their most critical engagements. She joined Dexis in 2004 as its first employee, serving as the primary liaison with partnering companies, consultants, and field offices while ensuring contractual compliance with USAID, the World Bank, and other government regulations. Before joining Dexis, Jennifer supervised two media studios in Washington, D.C. and the media lab department for Catholic University of America. She has held positions with the City of Alexandria and the United Hispanics of Virginia. She is fluent in Spanish.
