Summary

Designed a plan for customs reform to be put in place by CEPS (Ghana Customs Service).

Purpose

Assist CEPS to design a project document to address key issues and decisions to be made, using the roadmap and report from a previous project.

Activities

Presented plan to key officials in Ghana. Met with CEPS to help in design of project document, including primary issues, key decisions, a timeline, cost and potential funding sources.

Results

Helped CEPS to develop a plan for customs reform.
