Summary

Assessed the needs and recommended an action plan for Mozambique's investment promotion agency.


Purpose

To improve the effectiveness and give input to the Centre for Promotion of Investment's (CPI) strategic planning process.


Activities

Established an accurate understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the country with regard to its investment promotion efforts. Performed a needs assessment, analyzed the results and summarized the findings. Delivered a concrete action plan containing recommendations arising from the investigations and analysis.


Results

A clear set of steps and way forward to improve the operations supported the promotion of increased volume and quality of investment in the country.
