Created operations manual and investor tracking system for Grenada's Industrial Development Corporation (GIDC)

Purpose

To assist GIDC in improving its ability to attract high quality investment into Grenada with the end goal of creating employment and catalyzing growth of the local business community.

Activities

Illustrated and described the key workflow processes involved in the day-to-day operations of the Center. Improved GIDC's one-stop shop services by streamlining operations and defining workflows. Trained GIDC staff to manage and streamline the workflow processes as the investment center expanded its services and effectiveness.

Results

Consultants presented an operations manual that is pragmatic, clearly communicated and that provides distinct, measurable increase in quantity and quality of investment.
