Dexis developed a complete investment promotion strategy and accompanying work plan for ProExport, the Columbian investment promotion agency. Project aimed to strengthen the Columbian government's ability to promote and facilitate investment into the country. Dexis experts analyzed the sector selection studies and recommended activities to promote these sectors of advantage. For each sector, detailed promotion selling themes were developed and the promotion approach and the promotion materials needed for each campaign were outlined. ProExport is implementing a comprehensive and effective investment promotion strategy focused on its sectors of greatest advantage.
