Undertaking a six month consultancy to assess and reposition GIPFZA for the future by developing its three year strategic plan.

Purpose

Implemented a comprehensive three year strategic plan to pave the path forward. This included operational priorities and timelines, as well as performance indicators and a comprehensive reporting schedule. An evaluation of GIPFZA's finances and potential areas for growth steered a course toward financial self-sustainability. This plan also formed the basis for follow-on funding from donors.

Developed a practical solution and performance monitoring system which included: (a) a strategic plan to realign operations toward measurable goals; (b) a financial plan; (c) capacity program to regulate free zone; (d) performance indicators to drive operations

GIPFZA was able to obtain continued financing from its donor institution based on its detailed strategic plan
