The firm's clients include investment and export development agencies, free zone authorities, industry associations, privatization agencies, regional economic development agencies, competitiveness councils and planning ministries. We work with clients through direct government contracts as well as bilateral and multilateral agencies such as United States Agency for International Development (USAID), World Bank and Asian Development Bank (ADB). Dexis is a minority-owned small business, as defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration, and qualifies under small business set-aside.

Dexis can be accessed via the following contract vehicles. 

  •  MOBIS: Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services, 2007-2014, U.S. General Services Administration. MOBIS is a federal supply schedule administered by the General Services Administration that federal agencies use to procure management, organizational and business improvement services. Dexis provides consultation, facilitation, survey, and training services to support management improvements.
  • SBA 8(a) Business Development Program. The SBA 8(a) Business Development Program provides federal agencies with convenient and easy-to-use mechanisms to obtain a wide variety of services from small disadvantaged businesses. It also allows for the award of sole-source and limited-competition contracts.
  • GBTI II: Global Business, Trade, and Investment. Dexis is a subcontractor to Chemonics International on The Global Business, Trade, and Investment (GBTI) II IQC. The GBTI II IQC provides USAID missions with a fast, easy way to procure services from contractors with a proven record in accelerating economic growth while reducing poverty, graduating transitional countries from aid to trade, promoting open competitive markets, developing the private sector, and mobilizing private financing sources to supplement development assistance.
